Quick fixes (most common)

Try these first — they solve most issues immediately.

  • Can’t log in? Use the same email you purchased with. Then try “Forgot password” on the login page.
  • Didn’t get access? Check Promotions/Spam. Search your inbox for “Richmond”.
  • Video not playing? Disable ad blockers, try another browser (Chrome/Safari), or switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi.
  • Sound not working? If the video starts muted, tap the video once to enable sound (mobile browsers block autoplay with sound).
  • Checkout issues? Try an incognito window, another card. If it still fails, email us a screenshot.
Important: Please email from the same address you used at checkout. If you used Apple Hide My Email or a different address, tell us in your message.

Billing & policies

Clear rules upfront avoids confusion later.

  • Refunds: All sales are final unless required by local consumer law. If you believe you were charged in error, email support with details.
  • Chargebacks: If you have an issue, contact support first. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in access being revoked.
  • Access: Bootcamp access is provided after purchase. If you can’t access within 15 minutes, email us.
